Shailesh Limbachiya has been appointed as business head-human resources at Kashiv BioSciences.
Limbachiya began his HR journey as a senior professional-human resources, in June of 2009 when he joined GEA Group. He spent the next five years working out of Greater Vadodara area, as an HR generalist in a Green Field Project.
He moved to Zydex Industries as deputy manager-human resources, in August of 2014. Over a year and a half later, he joined SPC Lifesciences as head of HR.
Among other responsibilities, he drafted HR policies and implemented them through awareness programmes. He also identified and prepared development plans for the key and high-potential employees.
In 2019, he joined Sun Pharma as human resources lead for a tenure that lasted two and a half years.
From December 2021 to November 2022, Shailesh Limbachiya played head of HR (DGM) at Zydus Group. In this position, he was responsible for four plant-level locations as well as the corporate office. He looked into uniformity of HR practices and policies implementation, talent acquisition, trainings, statutory compliances, contract labour decision management, performance evaluation and management, as well as employee-wellness programmes.
RPG Life Sciences appointed him head of human resources in March 2023.
His next stop was Innoxel Lifesciences, as general manager-human resources.
In his latest assignment at Kashiv BioSciences, a US-based vertically-integrated biopharmaceutical company, he will be expected to help ensure a high-performance culture and align people strategies with business goals.
