Netcore Cloud appoints Shilpa Tawte as SVP-HR

Netcore Cloud, a Saas-based solutions company for customer communication, engagement and retention has announced the appointment of Shilpa Tawte as its new SVP-HR. In this role, Tawte will be responsible for identifying and retaining the right talent, building organisational capacity, and driving systems and processes that create a high-performance culture. Her appointment will also strengthen the HR leadership team at Netcore, which has 1600 employees.

Prior to joining Netcore, Tawte was the VP and head of global talent acquisition and India HR head at Global Cloud Xchange, which provides network services to enterprises. She has joined Netcore Cloud after spending more than five years with Global Cloud Xchange. She joined Cloud Xchange in 2017 as the head of talent acquisition and slowly climbed up to become the global head of talent and the India head HR.

As per the release, Tawte comes with more than 25 years of experience in HR working with global and Indian MNCs.

In her career, Tawte has predominantly served in the IT and tech solutions sectors, especially in the initial part of her career journey. Honing her skills in different facets of HR, she worked with companies such as IGate Solutions, Trigyn and Mastek in the IT services domain.

It was in 2005 that she joined Syntel (Now Atos-Syntel) becoming the head HR for insurance business unit at the firm. She spent about three years in the Compnay before joining Datamatics Global Services in 2011, as AGM and head-recruitment. In four years, she to become AVP & head-talent management at the company.
