Suri’s appointment comes after Cornerstone acquired EdCast this year.

“With over 25 years of global experience in the industry, coupled with his deep understanding of the India market and customers, Nishchae has great experience and unmatched expertise in helping organisations in India get their workforce ready to “Learn, Grow, Experience & Transform,” shares Himanshu Palsule, CEO, Cornerstone India.

Suri has been working in the area of HR strategy and transformation, leadership and talent management and rewards for over 22 years. He started his career in 1997 with Aon, as the global principal. He also served as the MD & CEO at Mercer. For two years, he was the president and founder member of SOIL, that is, School of Inspired Leadership.

“India is one of the fastest growing economies in the world where organisations are demanding more innovative, adaptive and scalable solutions for their talent and skill- development initiatives that enable personalised learning, re- and upskilling plus career mobility. Given the sheer breadth and depth of our capability and intellectual capital in HR Solutions, at Cornerstone we are uniquely poised to help modernise HR systems and empower organisations with a future-ready workforce that allows them to contribute to business success,” Suri says on his appointment.

Apart from his industry experience, Suri is known for his stint with the National HRD Network (NHRDN) as president of the Delhi and NCR chapter from 2014 to 2016.

Having graduated in economics from the Shri Ram College of Commerce, Suri completed his MBA in finance from the Symbiosis International University.
