After 14 successful years at Cleartrip.com, Rahul Mane has joined NeoNiche Integrated Solutions as general manager-HR.
An alumnus of the University of Mumbai, Mane completed a PGDBA in human resources management from the Symbiosis International University. His professional journey began in 2005, with Nobel Hygiene, where he looked after HR operations, statutory compliance and payroll for over two years.
In 2007, he moved to Reliance BPO as executive – HR, handling payroll for 7000 employees, and looking after their joining and exit formalities, as well as statutory and labour compliances. A little over two years into this role, he moved to Cleartrip as assistant manager – HR, in December 2009. In August 2021, he became senior manager – HR business partner.
During his tenure at Cleartrip, Mane looked after payroll, statutory and labour compliances, joining and exit formalities, mediclaim policy, HR operations, managing administration, HR dashboard, and HR audit, He also managed the human resource information system or HRIS and the employee database.
HR system implementation and digitalisation are his forte, in addition to payroll management and benefits administration, HR business partnering, PMS, merger & acquisition and so on.
NeoNiche is an Indian full services agency with branches in Mumbai, New Delhi and Bengaluru.
