    Rajesh Gupta appointed VP – human resources, FGII Company

    Rajesh Gupta has assumed the role of vice president – human resources, Future Generali India Insurance Company. He brings with him a wealth of experience spanning over two decades as an HR generalist, having managed HR functions across various industries in both multinational corporations and startups.

    His career journey includes significant roles at companies such as Cipla, Wockhardt, Intelenet Global Services, Future Generali India Life Insurance, A&A Business Consulting and most recently, Nuvoco Vistas Corp.

    His professional journey began as a member of the personnel team at Cipla in 1995, followed by a role as an officer – personnel and admin, Wockhardt. He also spent some time as a human resources professional at Agrani Satellite Communications Enterprise. During his tenure at Intelenet Global Services, spanning eight years, he served as deputy general manager of HR, where he oversaw various aspects of human resources, including compensation and benefits, HR operations and compliance with labour laws.

    In 2018, Gupta joined A&A Business Consulting as vice president-human resources. Before taking up his current position at Future Generali India Insurance Company, he held the position of head of total rewards, Nuvoco Vistas Corp in 2019.

    It’s worth noting that prior to becoming vice president human resources, Gupta also served as the assistant vice president human resources, Future Generali India Insurance Company for nearly eight years, starting in 2010.

    Gupta holds an MHRDM in human resources from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). He has also completed an honours diploma in software engineering from APTECH Computer Education.
