Satheesh KV, co-founder and member of board of directors, Spottabl, has taken on the role of chief people officer (CPO), Acko.
This alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur began his career with Intel as business analyst, in 2004. Before long, he moved on to Philips as staffing analyst. By 2005, he found himself at Perot Systems as associate-HR. Two years into this role, he switched to AOL as HR manager. For the next three years and nine months, he looked after compensation and benefits, payroll as well as HR operations.
It was in September 2011 that his association with Flipkart began. For a little over the first one and a half years he was manager-rewards. He was elevated to senior manager-rewards, in 2013. Another promotion put him in the post of associate director-rewards, in 2014. From 2015 to 2017, he served as director-rewards. By the time Satheesh moved on from Flipkart in 2019, he had become senior director-human resources.
February of 2019 saw him join xto10x Technologies as general manager-people excellence. This stint lasted less than a year.
Satheesh has been on the board of advisors at LetsVenture, Nova Benefits and HireSure.ai (YC S22) part time.
Having co-founded Spottabl, a SaaS-enabled full stack recruitment platform, he served as COO from October 2019 to June 2024. He is now part-time member of the board of directors at Spottabl.
Known to be a quick learner with an eye for detail, his analytical approach will stand him in good stead at Acko, a tech company focused on solving real world problems for consumers, starting with insurance.
