    Saurabh Katyal joins ADM India as head – HR

    ADM (Archer Daniels Midland), a global nutrition company, appoints Saurabh Katyal as head – HR, India.

    Katyal shared this information in a LinkedIn post saying, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as head – HR, India, at ADM!”

    He brings a diverse set of skills and expertise in the HR field which will contribute to the growth of the food production company. Katyal has more than 16 years of experience in human resources and has served roles of HRBP as a learning and development consultant to HR analytics with companies like GSK Consumer Healthcare, Bharti Airtel, Mahindra and Bata.

    Before joining ADM, he was working with Bata as  head – corporate HR, for almost 2 years.

    Katyal graduated from JSS Academy of technical education, Noida and completed his MBA in human resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development in 2007.

    He started his career in 2007 as an HR manager, sales and marketing at Mahindra & Mahindra, where he worked for 3 and a half years. From there, he accelerated to different positions in other companies.

    In GSK Consumer Healthcare, he served for the longest period, approximately 7 years.
