As global lead for university relations and branding at Sun Pharma, from 2017 to 2018, Pathak defined, developed and executed employer brand strategies and recruitment marketing plans. Representing the organisation at various universities was part of her responsibilities, along with the organisation of various engagement programmes, as well as leadership talks and sessions.
