    V-Trans India gets Shiv Rawat as CHRO from DTDC

    V-Trans India, a prominent logistics service provider, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Shiv Rawat as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Rawat, who spent an impressive 27 years at DTDC Express, brings a wealth of experience in managing HR functions, having served as the Vice President and Head of HR, India, in his previous role.

    At DTDC Express, Rawat served in pivotal roles, including Assistant Vice President and National Head of HR, overseeing a workforce of over 10,000 employees. His extensive background in the logistics sector positions him well for his new role at V-Trans India.

    Expressing his enthusiasm about the transition, Rawat took to LinkedIn, stating, “After an incredible 27 years with DTDC Express, I am excited to announce my transition to a new opportunity at Vtrans Group as CHRO for the group.” He emphasised the fresh challenges and growth prospects that this move brings, highlighting his eagerness to contribute his skills and expertise to the dynamic organisation.

    In his LinkedIn post, Rawat expressed gratitude for his time at DTDC, acknowledging the invaluable experiences and relationships cultivated during his tenure. He extended heartfelt thanks to colleagues, mentors, and friends at DTDC for their instrumental support in his professional development.

    The announcement underscores V-Trans India’s strategic focus on human resources and leadership, positioning Rawat as a key player in their growth trajectory.
