Naithani has moved from Dassault Systèmes (3DS), where he was director-HR for the R&D and Services businesses in India.

Infogain has appointed Rajiv Naithani as head of HR for India operations. Naithani will report to Phil Johnson, head-global human resources.

Infogain is a technology services company with 2500 employees and development centres in Noida, Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune.

Naithani has moved from Dassault Systèmes (3DS), where he headed the HR functions for R&D and Services businesses in India as director-HR.

Prior to that, he was the India HR head and global OD leader for GlobalLogic. He has also managed human resources at companies, such as Interglobe Technologies, Innodata and HCL in the past.

Naithani’s LinkedIn profile says that he is a writer, spiritual practitioner, social activist, OD professional and also a seasoned HR leader. In his 15 year-long career in HR, Naithani has worked across HR functions—organisational development, talent management, change management, HR strategy, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and M&A integration.

Johnson says, “Infogain is on a journey of growth and transformation, and our HR leaders will play a crucial role in identifying the right talent and creating a culture of innovation and learning.”

A graduate from Delhi University and an OD professional from ISABS, Naithani holds qualifications from IIM-Calcutta (senior management programme) and XLRI Jamshedhpur (postgraduate HR programme).
