Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Mahindra Finance) has appointed Atul Joshi as vice president – HR & admin, with effect from April 1, 2020. Confirming the shift his new role, Joshi told HRKatha, “Given the speed and scale of progressive disruption in the current business environment, my key focus, among other things, would be on enhancing employee experience even during challenging times, building an agile organization for future readiness and enabling Digital transformation to drive Mahindra Finance’s business strategy.
