He is a seasoned Global HR Professional with around 25 years diverse & valuable experience in various MNCs and eminent conglomerates including startups in India and abroad. He has also played a pivotal role to transform the HR & learning Culture of Pharma, Medical Devices, Retail, Automobile, FMCG & Consulting Organization in India and Africa.
He has worked with management boards, CEOs & business heads in delivering strategic, operational, consulting and advisory role while transforming the Organization with value added HR & OD intervention.
Before joining to QValue Services, he has held strategic and leadership role as Director HR, Cluster Head CEO-FMCG, Group HR Head, L&D Head in Companies like TWL, Blue Dart, DISPOVAN, SHELYS Pharma (Sumaria Group: Tanzania), ESCORTS, TATA MOTORS, SUZUKI, QGL-East Africa and Multiplier MUDRA among others.
Since past one-year Ghosh freelanced as a consultant for various HR & OD projects mainly for GOI -Navaratnam Organization, IT Start-ups including few MNCs in India and Bangladesh.
His core areas of expertise are – HR Policy & System design, Consulting to Startup Organization, Strategy and Annual Business Plan preparation, Change Management (Organization Development) , Creation of Leadership/Talent Pipeline, Assessment & Development Centre ,Psychometric Assessment , Creation of High Performing Culture, Leadership & Behavioral Training, Coaching & Mentoring and Cultural Transformation (Pre & Post Merger ) with Asian, Japanese and African Organization.
Being as passionate learner, he has been associated as HR Advisor, Speaker, Leadership Mentor, Visiting Faculty and Knowledge Partner with reputed educational Institutions in India and Abroad.
An alumnus of IISWBM Calcutta (MBA-HR), Dip T&D, Life Member of ISTD and completed his Doctorate in Management. He is a Thomas – Certified Behavior Assessor for Assessment & Development Center Dale Carnegie Certified Train the Trainer, DuPont Certified BBS – Safety Trainer, ICF Global Education Committee Member (2009) & Gold Certified TBEM Assessor (TATA). Since last 5 years, he has been associated with National School of Leadership as HR Advisor & Leadership Mentor.
