KPMG is looking to take on about 1000 digital professionals across India. It is on the lookout for talent in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, data engineering, business intelligence and domain specialisation.

Not only those with experience of about 15 to 18 years, but those with experience of two years will also be hired for projects that are expected to require efforts in terms of resources, technological inputs and so on.

Digital transformation is no more limited to only ERPs and CRMs, but has extended to increased adoption of the Internet and new-age technologies, including AI, cybersecurity and intelligent automation. Using these advancements, organisations are focussing on transforming their operations and coming up with customer-centric innovations, resulting in increased demand for emerging skillsets in the market.

KPMG has consistently invested in building AI-driven business-led transformation projects and other technologies. Naturally, its need for experts well versed with AI, data science and cybersecurity has also increased so that it can better manage these transformation projects.

Recently, KPMG in India and ad-tech startup, Infomo, announced their partnership to develop digital advertising solutions for enterprises and big publishers, using the InfomoR3. Infomo solution will provide an alternative to the programmatic ecosystem, allowing organisations to offer advertisers customisable digital marketing services with performance marketing opportunities, guaranteeing wide reach, definite audience targeting and measurable engagement and interactions. The stakeholders on the sellers’ side will have the controls and there will be complete transparency.
