    500 vacancies at IOCL

    The application process to fill over 500 vacancies at Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) has already begun. The last date for sending in applications is October 12, 2021. The openings are at the Odisha, West Bengal, Assam, Bihar, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana refineries and petrochemical units of IOCL.

    These posts will offer a salary between Rs 25,000 to Rs 1,05,000.

    In total, there are about 533 vacancies, including that of junior engineering assistant, junior technical assistant, junior quality control analyst, junior material assistant, and junior nursing assistant. Those between 18 and 26 years of age may apply, provided they have the necessary qualifications as detailed on the website.

    There will be age relaxation for candidates belonging to the reserved category as per government rules.

    All applicants will have to pass a written test, after which they will have to qualify a skill test before they can progress further in the selection process.

    The selected candidates will be posted in Guwahati, Digboi, Bongaigaon in Assam, or Barauni in Bihar, or Vadodara in Gujarat, or Haldia in West Bengal, or Mathura in Uttar Pradesh, or Panipat in Haryana and Paradip in Odisha.

    The detailed advertisement is available online at www.iocl.com and those interested may apply online via the website.

    The link to the online application will be available till 5 p.m. on October 12, 2021, and only online applications will be accepted.

    Once application is submitted, the candidates will have to send in a printout of the duly signed application along with a photograph in colour and self-attested copies of all other required documents by post, before October 23.
