Godrej Properties, a leading real estate developer, has announced plans to hire 800-1,000 employees in 2023 as part of its robust land acquisition pipeline. The company is looking to fill a variety of roles across the value chain of the real estate business, including sales, architecture, civil and mechanical engineering, relationship management, and legal, strategy, and finance.

According to the chief human resource officer, Megha Goel, the company is seeking individuals who possess the energy, drive, and initiative to manage large teams and inspire them to perform at their best.

Godrej Properties places a strong emphasis on building talent from within, and as such, is looking for candidates with leadership potential. The company also values candidates who have the ability to grow and transform its businesses to deliver final outcomes. These ‘Godrej Capability Factors’ are defined at the group level and deeply embedded in the company’s talent processes.

Managers at Godrej Properties play a crucial role in driving the organisation’s purpose, values, and culture, and facilitating the company’s focus on developing future leaders from within. As managers gain experience and build functional expertise, they form a key lever to enable and build future capabilities and processes that result in the long-term growth of the organisation, both at the top and bottom line, according to the CHRO.
