Apple has recently launched its premium stores in Delhi and Mumbai, which attracted a large number of people who eagerly came to experience the flagship store of the iPhone makers in the presence of Tim Cook, CEO, Apple.

These stores are managed by 170 qualified employees who handle the daily operations. As per an Economic Times report, the employees working in these Apple stores earn a salary of over  Rs 1 lakh a month and are entitled to health and wellness schemes, paid leaves, tuition fees, and discounts on purchasing Apple products.

According to a report, the employees at the exclusive Apple stores in Delhi and Mumbai are highly qualified, with many of them holding degrees in BTech, MTech, and MBA. The company has hired personnel who have studied computer science, information technology, electrical engineering, and management. In addition, they have received customer service training at a global level.

On April 20, thousands of customers queued up outside the store in Delhi’s Saket to be among the first to meet Cook. At the opening of the company’s first store in the national capital, Cook greeted the fans who had started queuing up outside the mall at 6 am to be among the first to enter the store.

On April 18, Apple opened its first store in Mumbai, and customers took selfies with Cook, sought autographs, and exchanged pleasantries before entering the store.
