Industry veterans Anish Singh, Shashank Shekhar, and Kshitij Jain have launched ‘All Things People’ (ATP), an HR Tech venture focused on reimagining talent practices through technology. Their combined expertise from global firms such as Unilever and Amazon aims to empower organisations with people-centric solutions for enhanced business outcomes.

ATP’s philosophy revolves around ‘Talent, Technology, and Transformation.’ Their flagship products, ‘ATP Reflect’ and ‘ATP Elevate,’ leverage people science and technology to address key challenges in employee engagement and talent acquisition.

‘Reflect’ empowers organisations to continuously gather and analyse employee feedback on culture, capability, and commitment. This data-driven approach helps drive strategic action and improve the workplace experience.

‘Elevate’ tackles the challenges of efficiency and quality in talent acquisition. It assists hiring managers throughout the selection, pre-boarding, and onboarding process, maximising conversion rates and setting new hires up for success.

ATP’s customer-centric approach promises process efficiency, high-quality hires, and improved organisational health. Their unique blend of expertise and technology positions them as a potential catalyst for positive change in the HR landscape.
