    Priyanka Kulkarni is now HR head, India, Kraft Heinz

    After a successful tenure of over two and a half years, as head of human resources, at Arcolab, Priyanka Kulkarni has now joined Kraft Heinz as HR head.

    Having completed MSc in Psychology from Annamalai University, in 2009, Kulkarni obtained an MBA in e-business and human resources, from Welingkar Institute of Management before beginning her professional journey with Piramal Enterprises, as manager-HR.

    In 2007, she joined BIGAnimation as manager-HR for a year and four months.

    Her next stop was Credit Suisse, where she was HR business advisor, for a little less than two years, based out of Pune.

    The year 2011 saw her taking on the position of HR manager, IBM India, working out of Bengaluru. A little over three years into this role, she moved again. This time, she joined Dell as HR business partner. The next two years saw her handling HR business development for Dell Services HCLS vertical ,globally as well as APJ, across all verticals.

    In 2017, Kulkarni switched to DXC Technology as human capital consultant. Four years later, she was elevated to the position of HR lead GIDC India-Modern Workplace and Europe.

    Her association with Arcolab began in 2021, where she was managing the HR charter for the GCC and handling HR operations for six group companies.

    Known to be a passionate HR professional, proactive leader and prolific speaker, Kulkarni is said to be forever brimming with new ideas. Her ability to innovate in the most mundane tasks, will prove to be an asset in her latest assignment at Kraft Heinz. Here, she will be responsible for end to end HR Lifecyle at the India GCC for the global food and beverage company.
