    CIFDAQ, an AI-powered blockchain ecosystem company, has announced the appointment of Anil Vasu as the co-founder and global chief human resource officer. Vasu is backed by over 25 years of experience in the acquisition space.

    In this role, he will oversee the global HR strategy, focusing on building a robust talent pipeline, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. His role will be crucial in supporting CIFDAQ’s rapid growth and ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent in the industry.

    Vasu served as executive-corporate human resources, at Silicon Mountains from 1997 to 2002, based out of Pune. He then moved to BP Ergo, as senior executive-HR for two years. This role saw him working out of Nagpur.

    In 2004, he was back in Pune, working as human resource business partner with Honeywell. A year into this role, he switched to Tata BlueScope Steel,as head-HR.

    His next stop was Stanley Black & Decker, as manager-human resources (India). This role took him to Bengaluru for a year.

    From 2011 to 2014, he was working out of New York City, as director-employee relations (HR & HRIS). Helios and Matheson Analytics. Three years later, he moved back to Pune, as director, executive director and then board of director, at a Dutch Organisation, where he spent the next eight and a half years.

    He is now associated with CIFDAQ as co-founder and global chief human resource officer.

    An alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Vasu brings a wealth of knowledge and a strategic vision to CIFDAQ’s leadership team.

    Throughout his career, he has has been instrumental in driving HR strategies that align with business goals, fostering talent acquisition, development and retention. His expertise in creating dynamic work environments and his ability to implement effective HR policies have led to significant organisational growth and employee satisfaction. Having built CIFDAQ from scratch, Vasu has contributed to its foundational success and growth.
