Sonam Arora has joined E2E Cloud as head of people and culture. She has moved from Baazi Games where she had been serving as vice president-people and culture since June of 2024.

Arora began her professional journey as a senior consultant-recruitment at Unison International in February 2008.

She joined Dish TV -Essel Group as assistant manager-HR, in 2010. She stayed put for well over three and a half years before switching to Fever 104FM (HT Media), as deputy manager-HR. This stint lasted almost two years.

Go-MMT Partner Community roped Sonam Arora in for the role of manager HR business partner, in December of 2015. The next three odd years saw Arora playing HR leader for multiple lines of business in technology, product, hotels, flights, customer service, ground transport and marketing. She also partnered with the leadership team as a trusted strategic consultant in areas such as organisation culture, change management, organisational development, workforce planning, complex employee relations, rewards and recognition, as well as talent management.

February of 2019 was witness to Sonam Arora taking up the role of AGM HR at HT Digital Streams. Her next stop in November of 2020 was INDmoney.com, where she joined as HR head.

It was in June of 2022 that Arora came to be appointed as head HRBP-corporate, at The Good Glamm Group. Just over a year into this role, she was elevated to head HR-retail, in June 2023.

At Baazi Games, she played VP-people and culture from June 2024 to October 2025.

In her latest assignment at E2E Cloud, the Indian accelerated computing platform, her philosophy of treating HR like a product — designed around user needs, powered by data, and constantly evolving—will stand her in good stead.

HRKatha wishes Sonam Arora all the best!
