After a career break away in the Netherlands, Meghna R T K is back to work with her latest appointment at American Institute of Pathology and Laboratory Scienes (AMPATH), where she will head human resources for India.
Meghna began her professional journey as an assistant consultant-CRD, at Ma Foi Randstad, in 2007. Over a year later, she was deployed on an onsite RPO project at Novartis Healthcare, as a recruitment specialist. Nine months later, she moved to Kelly Services as consultant and HR SPOC.
TMI Network appointed her as assistant manager-key accounts management-recruitments (Maharashtra), in 2012.
Meghna’s next stop was Matix Fertilisers & Chemicals where she took up the role of joint manager-human resources. For the next six and a half years, she was responsible for supporting the entire gamut of HR Functions wherein talent acquisition was the predominant responsibility.
August of 2019 saw Meghna taking up the role of manager-talent acquisition at Mahindra Logistics. For the next year or so, she successfully looked after talent acquisition for corporate and supported Pan India locations / regions.
Metropolis Healthcare roped Meghna in to lead talent acquisition in 2021. Over a year into this role, she was elevated to head talent acquisition and SBU head HR (West).
She had to relocate to the Netherlands for the period 2023–2025 for family transition.
Now she is back in India to head HR for AMPATH, a popular brand in the medical and diagnostic laboratories space, where she will put to use her diverse HR experience across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, logistics and consulting sectors.
