Divya Nitin Tyagi has been elevated to the post of deputy general manager -DS group. Prior to this elevation, she was serving as assistant general manager-HR at the food and beverage services company.  Backed by almost two decades of experience in HR, Tyagi has previously held leadership roles at Kusum Group of Companies, Parametrique Electronic and Mankind Pharma.

She started her career in 2007 as deputy manager-HR at Mankind Pharma where she worked till August 2015.

Later, she joined Parametrique Electronic Solutions as HR Manager, and spent over three years there, from September of 2015 to September of 2018.

She then went on to obtain a diploma in Strategic Performance Management and joined Kusum Group of Companies in 2018 as a manager. Two and a half years into this role, she was promoted to senior manager -HR.

Her excellence in organisation development and transformation, performance management system and talent assessment and development led her to deploy management plans for her clients across organisations and helped facilitate different functions of the organisation on OKRs, KRA  and KPI and measures of standards.

In September 2023, DS Group took her in as an assistant general manager. In less than three years her exceptional skills have earned her a promotion that has made her deputy general manager -HR.

An alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur, Divya Nitin Tyagi is a certified performance management expert. She has also received the HR Excellence Award in 2024. Given her experience and expertise, Tyagi will continue to create an environment where people can thrive and inspire them to bring out their best for DS Group.

HRKatha wishes her all the best in her new position!
