As Anindya Dutta, MD and co-founder, Stanza Living, puts it, “The key challenge before us is to set cost-efficient, consumer-focused operating templates in a sector that hasn’t witnessed any fundamental innovation. Another focus, as a growth startup, is to ensure the delivery of seamless consumer experiences, at scale.”

Having been recently named as one of LinkedIn’s Top Startups of 2019, the Company intends to hire agile teams comprising experts from various sectors, who have the ability to act and keep pace with its growth story. The senior leaders are a good mix of young and experienced individuals with experience in not only new-age businesses but also traditional brands, such as Flipkart, Zomato, PayU, Airtel, Grofers, Future Retail, Snapdeal and so on.

Stanza Living plans to invest Rs 250 crore to build people, process and technology capabilities across the country. Basis a strong people-focused growth strategy, Stanza Living

Co-founded by Sandeep Dalmia and Anindya Dutta two years back, Stanza Living operates more than 15000 world-class student accommodations across nine cities in India. Its tech-enabled co-living concept has transformed student housing in the country.
