Physics Wallah, the unicorn edtech firm is hiring at a time when other edtech firms are downsizing significantly. The Company intends to expand its team by about 2,500 over the next two months.

It is on the lookout for faculty members, teachers, consultants, business analysts, data analysts, operations managers and batch managers.

The Company is reportedly hiring across roles and responsibilities, in line with its growth plans and goals.

The firm seeks people who align with PW’ vision of offering “affordable and quality education for all” and being the kind of learning partners that students can rely on for life.

Not long ago, the Company acquired iNeuron — an edtech firm focussed on artificial intelligence (AI) and data science — in a deal worth Rs 250 crore, in a bid to expand its upskilling offerings.

With a 6,500-strong workforce, which includes more than 2000 teachers and subject experts, PW did not resort to downsizing like many of the other companies in the edtech space.

The edtech platform has also tied up with Unicommerce to deliver study material, thus strengthening its supply chain operations. Catering to class 6 to 12 students, PW also offers products for those aspiring to appear for competitive examinations, including JEE and NEET. Its content / study material is relied on by thousands of students across India.
