    PrepInsta plans 100% increase in team strength

    PrepInsta is gearing for 100 per cent expansion of team. The edtech startups plans to take its present headcount of 50, to at least 100 in the next two months.

    The Company is looking for talent in the areas of content, marketing, learning and development (L&D), business development, UI/UX, and operations. It is looking to hire freshers as well as for middle and senior level roles.

    Aashay Mishra, co-founder and COO, PrepInsta, feels “The new hiring will enable us to accelerate our growth trajectory and achieve our targets as we move ahead towards the ultimate aim”.

    He also revealed that the company is planning to “partner with more institutions, corporates, and student communities to build products and solutions for all.”

    Right now, the hiring will be done primarily for the Noida area and the new appointees will be allowed to work from home.

    The firm will also pick fresh talent from campuses so that the workforce is infused with fresh ideas and energy.

    PrepInsta offers flexible work timing and focuses on prioritising employee experience. It is also a promoter of inclusiveness and gender equality at the workplace.

    The six-year old startup serves as a one-stop destination for placement and was launched with the aim of helping students get placed in their dream companies. The firm provides end-to-end placement preparation assistance as well as support in terms of skill building and interview preparation.

    Co-founded by Atulya Kaushik, Aashay Mishra and Manish Agarwal, the startup has an office each in Noida and Bengaluru.
