Quess Corp’s workforce crossed the five-lakh mark in the September quarter of FY27, with its General Staffing business adding more than 20,000 employees during the period, reflecting continued demand for staffing services across sectors.
The workforce expansion was highlighted by Executive Director and Group CEO Lohit Bhatia while announcing the company’s quarterly performance. The General Staffing business also added 116 new clients, recording 15 per cent year-on-year revenue growth and 23 per cent growth in earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA).
Quess Corp’s Professional Staffing business reported 13 per cent revenue growth, supported by hiring demand from global capability centres (GCCs).
The company’s overseas operations also recorded growth despite geopolitical challenges in the Middle East. Revenue increased 10 per cent, while EBITDA grew 23 per cent during the quarter. Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines contributed to the expansion, while higher margins in the Middle East supported profitability.
