Prashant Singh has taken charge as director of human resources – West and Central at Lemon Tree Hotels, expanding his responsibilities within the hospitality group after more than 11 years with the company.

Based in Mumbai, Singh assumed the role in October 2026. He was previously Regional Human Resources Manager at Lemon Tree Hotels, a position he held from December 2023 to September 2026. Before that, he served as human resources manager in Jaipur from October 2019 to December 2023.

Singh joined Lemon Tree Hotels in November 2015 as deputy manager – human resources, a role he held for nearly four years before moving into the HR Manager position.

His experience within the hospitality sector has given him exposure to succession planning, pre-opening HR operations and regional people management. He believes that employees are central to business success and that organisations need to build workplace cultures in which people can thrive. His approach to HR centres on using people practices and professional expertise to support organisational objectives while contributing to employee growth.

Singh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Hospitality Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata. He also holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
