greytHR, a provider of full-suite HR management systems (HRMS), has rebranded itself to emphasise its mission of enabling business growth through people-centric solutions. Unveiled in Bengaluru, the new identity features a refreshed logo, website, and colour palette, aiming to portray the company as youthful, relevant, and helpful in the modern HR tech landscape.

“We believe a company’s growth hinges on its people’s growth,” said Girish Rowjee, co-founder and CEO of greytHR. “Our transformation reinforces our commitment to providing best-in-class people solutions for faster business growth and improved employee experiences.”

Partnering with brand consulting firm Landor, greytHR’s transformation emphasises its role as a provider of people solutions for business growth. The new logo, website, and vibrant colour palette all evoke human potential and growth.

“The HR function is being transformed by AI and automation,” added Sayeed Anjum, co-founder and CTO of greytHR. “We’ve continuously innovated to meet the demands of this dynamic market. Our new identity reflects our passion for helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses by empowering them to get the best out of their people through technology and support.”

The new wordmark signifies the company’s focus on people, while the “Growth Arc” logo, with three rising circles, represents both its customers’ aspirations and greytHR’s commitment to supporting them.

Staying true to its focus on technological innovation, greytHR launched two Generative AI-powered product lines: a platform offering complementary solutions by partner companies (Unite Marketplace) and a client management solution for payroll service providers.
