    UST Global is ‘Top Employer APAC’

    American multinational provider of digital, IT services and solutions, UST Global, has been awarded the ‘Top Employers in the APAC for 2019’ certification for its India, Malaysia and Philippines operations.

    This annual certification is awarded by the Top Employers Institute after its yearly research and examination of the workings of several employers and employees across the world.

    An independent organisation, the Top Employers Institute assesses the employee offerings of employers, globally, and measures them against international benchmarks. UST Global has scored high in terms of its employee offerings, covering talent strategy, leadership development, workforce planning, career and succession management, onboarding, compensation and benefits, learning and development, culture and performance management.

    The certification comes close on the heels of the Company being awarded the ‘Top Employer in the US’ for 2018.

    The Top Employers Institute has certified over 1,300 companies in 115 countries impacting over five million employees.
