House of Cheer has certified CereOne Media as a Happiest Places to Work®, recognising the company’s commitment to building a people-first workplace where employees feel valued, supported and empowered to grow.

The assessment highlighted several strengths of the digital-first media and marketing solutions company’s workplace culture, including approachable leadership, collaborative teams, opportunities for continuous learning, and an environment where employees feel supported in their professional development.

The certification adds to CereOne Media’s efforts to build a workplace where employee well-being and professional development remain central to its growth strategy. As the company continues to expand its capabilities across digital media, advertising technology and content solutions, it says it will continue investing in initiatives that strengthen employee experience and organisational culture.

As part of the certification process, employees across CereOne Media’s offices in Mumbai, Gurugram and Bengaluru participated in an independent workplace assessment. The company recorded a 100 per cent participation rate, reflecting strong employee engagement and a culture that encourages openness and honest feedback.

The Happiest Places to Work® certification is a research-led workplace assessment that evaluates organisations based on authentic employee feedback across key dimensions including leadership, trust, collaboration, growth opportunities, workplace culture and employee well-being. The certification recognises organisations that consistently create positive employee experiences while fostering long-term organisational success.

Harish Patil, co-founder, CereOne Media, believes that “culture isn’t built through policies alone, it’s built through everyday interactions, trust and shared purpose”. This certification “reflects the voices of our people. As we continue to grow, our focus will remain on creating an environment where every individual feels valued, heard and empowered to do their best work.”

Deepak Karnani, co-founder and director, CereOne Media revealed how CereOne was built “with the belief that business growth and people growth go hand in hand”. Over the years, they have “invested in creating opportunities for learning, collaboration and ownership because we believe great work comes from teams that feel supported and inspired”. He feels the Happiest Places to Work® certification “is an encouraging milestone, and it motivates us to keep raising the bar for our employees’ experience”.

In the words of Raj Nayak, director, House of Cheer Networks, Patil and Karnani had “ built an organisation with a strong culture rooted in collaboration, openness and people-first values. This recognition is a testament to the environment they’ve created, and I wish the entire team continued success.”
