Bikayi to hire 100+ across functions, enhance global presence

Bikayi, an Indian e-commerce enabler, is looking to hire over 100 employees across verticals, including product, finance, technology, leadership and management, to further strengthen its global presence.

Admitting that e-commerce has seen unprecedented growth in the last two years owing to the pandemic, Sonakshi Nathani, co-founder & CEO, Bikayi says, Bikayi is “mirroring industry growth by expanding our workforce to meet the subsequent demand of online shoppers”.

The Company is confident of establishing “establish exponential online presence this year” based on positive market sentiment and rapid merchant acquisitions.

The “growth-oriented organisation” is keen to “infuse diversity across functions” with the new hires.

The firm began with a headcount of five and has come a long way since and has a 500+ strong team in place now. Having grown into a platform for MSMEs, it has onboarded over five lakh merchants so far. In the past six months, the Company has grown over three times in terms of headcount.

Bikayi enables small businesses to transition from offline to online stores seamlessly, by providing end-to-end services to merchants and traders right from the onboarding process to reaching out to their target audience.
