Casagrand, the real-estate development firm from South India, is rewarding its employees for their hard work and for helping achieve the sales target last year, with a week-long all-expenses-paid trip to Switzerland.

The Company managed to accomplish a sales target of Rs 2,903 crore last year and thought this was a great way to acknowledge the contribution of its employees.

Aptly called ‘Big Bonanza’, the initiative also includes a bonus of two months’ salary along with the trip, to its performers.

This isn’t the first time that the Company has announced such a reward. Last year, it had taken about 700 employees to Dubai and 900 to Abu Dhabi. The year before last, employees were rewarded with trips to London, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia as well.

Arun Kumar, founder and managing director, Casagrand, shared that the ‘Big Bonanza’ initiative was launched in 2013, and “since then except one year every year, we have achieved our target which also includes the immediate year after COVID-19 pandemic. The year-on-year achievements of sales target shows the commitment and hard work of our employees; hence this trip is only the tip of the iceberg in comparison to the efforts they have put in all year round, making it a much-deserved trip.”

The Company believes in sharing and celebrating achievements together since the hard work is also put in by everyone collectively, as one big family.

The Switzerland trip will see the employees from Chennai, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Dubai visiting Mount Titlis, Black Forest, Rhine Falls, Interlaken, Zurich, Lucerne and many more exotic tourist destinations in Switzerland.

Established in 2004, the ISO certified real-estate company has developed over 36 million sq. ft. of prime residential real estate across Chennai, Bengaluru and Coimbatore.
