EnKash, the commercial payments platform, is about to take its team strength from 120 to 250 by 2023. In this hiring exercise, it will offer opportunities to freshers as well as experienced professionals along with people who wish to return to the active workforce after a career break.

By financial year 2023-24, the cash flow management and corporate cards startup hopes to have a 500-strong team.

In a bid to align its growth strategy and hiring plans with an eye on costs, EnKash is looking for innovative talent with entrepreneurial skills that can cater to the needs of its user base, which appears to have grown manifold.

The Company, which is following a hybrid approach at its offices in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and NCR, is looking for passionate candidates with high accountability who are brimming with fresh ideas.

EnKash intends to train the fresh hires and also offer them opportunities to develop professionally, by facilitating their upskilling.

Having managed to acquire funds to the tune of about $20 million in a Series-B round, from investors including Ascent Capital, Baring India, and White Ventures, the five-year old startup serves as an all-inclusive commercial payments platform in the B2B sector, facilitating the digitisation of businesses and making commercial payments convenient.

Helping businesses manage their cash flow since 2018, EnKash boasts of a user base of over five lakh and claims to have issued more than six lakh cards.
