Mumbai-based virtual reality-based interior design and contracting company, Flipspaces recently made headlines for its acquisition of Renomania. Now, the Company intends to expand aggressively in India and add at least 500 people to its team here.
The virtual reality-based global interior design tech company will be hiring people in the areas of interior design, sales, marketing, technology as well as supply chain operations. The hiring will be for India as well as the US and the UAE.
The Company currently has a workforce strength of 300 and plans to expand three-fold. It has five offices across India and the US.
Recently, Flipspaces acquired Renomania, a web-based platform for architects, interior designers and contractors, founded by Navneet Malhotra and Ritu Malhotra.
The platform allows architects, designers and contractors to showcase their expertise and interact and engage with interested customers.
With this acquisition, Renomania’s technology will help further enhance Flipspaces’ design tech and cater to the demands of its global consumers.
There has been a visible increase in demand in the design and build business in India as well as the US.
The Company, which aims to be a tech-first firm, has an inhouse tech team to help achieve this goal. It has more than 100 design experts as well as over 300 years of combined leadership experience.
People are already being hired at the entry level as well as in middle management and leadership positions.
