By combining advanced analytics and big data research, its technology-driven framework will find the most suited candidates for companies, by sorting through its database of over 50 lakh freshers.

Today, India stands at a threshold of what can only be called a demographic transition, a journey that has been undertaken by every developed economy of the world. By 2015, it is expected that the country will have more than 65 per cent of its populace in the working age bracket. As other economies grow old, India is awakening to a world of possibilities.

Every year, new graduates join the Indian market as potential leaders in the field of marketing, technology and finance, among others. India has started recognising the power that lies with the millennials. To tap into the ever expanding need of the market for call centre sales, marketing, business development executives and other allied jobs, freshersworld.com has come up with a unique solution to find the best fit for employers.

Joby Joseph, CEO, freshersworld.com, says, “What we have been analysing for some time now is the major increase in interest from employers for candidates who would fit into roles which are right now thriving in the market. We like to call this section, ‘Job For All’.”

Freshersworld will also launch an offline resume box service, a unique initiative to help make a fresher’s quest for the best job a little bit more easier. Through this initiative, it will place resume boxes across major areas of Bangalore, where freshers can conveniently drop their resumes.

Ranked among the top 270 websites of India, as per Alexa Ratings, the site claims over one lakh unique visitors every day.
