Fusion CX, a company specialising in business process management (BPM) and customer experience (CX) solutions, has announced the recruitment of 500 additional employees for its newly-established facility in Chennai. This marks the company’s entry into the South Indian market. The inauguration of the first facility in the city took place on Wednesday, 20 March, 2024.
Spanning across 12,000 sq. ft, the facility accommodates 350 seats, housing a workforce of 650 employees across two shifts. Currently, 150 regional employees have already been onboarded.
Looking ahead, the company aims to increase its workforce by another 500 by mid-June, surpassing the 10,000-employee milestone in India by June.
Equipped with cutting-edge technology, the new facility offers a comprehensive range of services, including multilingual, omni-channel customer experience management, technical support, and back-office operations across various sectors such as healthcare, BFSI, hi-tech, retail and utilities.
