Fynd, an omnichannel platform providing tech solutions to retailers, is looking to scale up recruitment. Even during the pandemic, the Company managed to take on and successfully onboard exceptional talent along with the expansion of their products portfolio, which includes GlamAR, EraseBG, Fynd Trak and Fynd Now. The platform is now on the lookout for quality talent for its engineering and tech teams, who can contribute meaningfully towards the creation of innovative tech products for the Company.

The company intends to hire at least 280 people to be able to keep up with the growing demand. “We are looking for more than 280 new people, and talent can come out of any city or state,” says Nishigandha Shendge, HR Manager, Fynd.

Shendge also revealed that the platform is looking at “opening regional offices across the country, with the help of co-working spaces”, so that employees can enjoy “the flexibility to avail the infrastructure and resources of an office, or work from home, even after the pandemic is over.”

In the past few years, the tech centric approach of Fynd to connect online retail with offline retail solutions has gained a lot of popularity and has created an opportunity to build innovative tech solutions for retailers.

“The increase in business demand has motivated us to expand our offerings, this means hiring more talented people for our tech team, ops team, marketing, support, and many other departments. The idea is to find people who intend to grow, learn and progress alongside the Company,” says Farooq Adam, co-founder, Fynd
