Axtria, an IT firm, is set to expand its operations by hiring 1000 techies in the country for its offices in Gurugram, Bengaluru, Noida, and upcoming centres in Pune and Hyderabad.

The company is actively hiring data scientists, software developers, and data engineers and is also in talks with placement agencies of prestigious engineering and management colleges. This recruitment process will be done in the next eight to ten months.

Shikha Singhal, head of people practices, Axtria, highlighted the importance of candidates possessing the right skills, particularly in solving complex problems and implementing end-to-end machine learning systems. These individuals will play a pivotal role in revolutionising business outcomes by delivering continuous, real-time, and personalised insights.

Axtria is a technology company that specialises in providing data-driven solutions to the life sciences industry. The company, founded by Jassi Chadha in 2010, has become a leading provider of innovative technology and products for life sciences companies worldwide. Axtria helps these organisations improve their product commercialisation process, boost sales, and enhance operational efficiency. With cutting-edge technology, it helps life sciences companies  make informed decisions and drive positive healthcare outcomes.

Currently, Axtria has approximately 3000 employees in India and the decision to expand its operations is driven by the growing need for data-driven analytics and the rising popularity of AI technologies in the global life sciences industry.
