LTIMindtree is teaming up with Microsoft to introduce new AI-powered employee-engagement apps. LTIMindtree is a Mumbai-based Indian IT services and consulting company.

The company’s innovative Canvas.AI suite introduces employee-engagement apps powered by generative AI. These apps, using Microsoft Azure OpenAI service and Azure Cognitive search, bring AI features such as content summarisation and knowledge structuring. This approach aims to boost organisational intelligence, setting a new standard for employee-engagement tools.

According to LTIMindtree this collaboration with Microsoft for generative AI-powered employee-engagement apps is a significant stride in industry transformation.

This partnership showcases the company’s commitment to pushing boundaries and enhancing the global employee experience for enterprises. Harnessing the capabilities of generative AI, it is believed, will drive meaningful change and bring unprecedented value to clients.

Additionally, LTIMindtree recently launched the Microsoft cloud generative AI centre of excellence (GenAI CoE). This centre serves as a creative hub, allowing customers to easily scale their digital transformation initiatives using the capabilities of generative AI.

This collaboration represents a significant step forward in enhancing both employee and customer experiences.

Microsoft is confident that teaming up with LTIMindtree will enhance their partnership. They plan to launch innovative employee-engagement applications utilising the Azure OpenAI service, with the goal of revolutionising businesses to better serve their customers. This collaboration reflects Microsoft’s commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive positive transformations in the business landscape.
