ZingHR, the HR tech firm, has decided to focus on improving its foothold in the mid and SMB markets by partnering with Mumbai-based Savex Technologies.
Savex is a 10,000+ crore IT hardware distribution company with 72 sales offices and 42 stocking locations across India. It caters to about 7,000 IT resellers across the country. Now, ZingHR will work towards offerings its new products for SMB markets, such as artificial intelligence (AI) in Chatbots, robotic interviews, machine learning (ML), surveys, QR code attendance and performance management software.
This is Zing’s first partnership at the national level. As Prasad Rajappan, founder and CEO, Zing HR, puts it, “This collaboration is a part of our commitment to serving a diverse clientele across sectors in the SMB market. We are eyeing to diversify our offerings in our endeavour to deliver solutions and directly impact business outcomes for businesses.”
The Company now plans to concentrate its energies on the mid-market and SMB space, not only within India but outside too.
