    Opportunities for engineers at eInfochips, Chennai

    With the launch of its new delivery centre at Chennai, eInfochips, is gearing to add at least a 100 more employees to its existing team by June 2023. Most of the hiring is expected to happen locally.

    The wholly-owned subsidiary of Arrow Electronics, is looking for engineering talent in the areas of cloud computing, embedded systems, artificial intelligence, hardware design, silicon design, block chain and other digital technologies

    The Chennai design centre is the Company’s 11th, in addition to the ones in Pune, Noida, Indore and Bengaluru.

    The Ahmedabad-based company has a workforce of over 3,000 people and deals in consumer electronics, product engineering, automotive, aerospace, semiconductor design, and digital transformation services.

    Its design centre at Indore was launched in June 2022.

    Recently, the Company was in the news when it partnered with Ambarella, an American provider of edge AI semiconductor products, to offer design expertise to developers of AI-based cameras that incorporate Ambarella’s CVflow edge AI SoC processors.

    eInfochips offers design expertise for a range of camera technologies and protocols, including on-camera DVRs, ZigBee wireless, RGB-IR cameras, PTZ, ONVIF, PSIA, and multi-imager designs.

    The collaboration will leverage the engineering experience and resources of eInfochips to contribute towards the rapid growth of AI-based vision IoT applications in security, video conferencing, and robot perception among others.
