Eastman Auto & Power has appointed Satyendra K. Mallik as president and chief human resources officer (CHRO). In his new role, Mallik will be responsible for steering organisational transformation and overall HR strategy, compensation and talent initiatives, while also driving the Company’s information technology and business process automation.

Mallik comes with over two decades of hands-on experience in designing and executing people strategy and processes in sales, service, manufacturing, IT, ITES, automobile and consumer electronics industries, across geographies. Prior to joining EAPL, he was with INTEX Technologies, where he played a pivotal role in organisation building and scripted a meteoric growth story.

Besides INTEX, he has been associated with Microsoft’s KPO arm, Greenfield Online and Hero Group. An accomplished leader with a track record of working with high-growth companies, he brings a great mix of leadership, inspiration and experience in the design and execution of HR business plans. He has a passion for motivating people towards achieving organisational goals, and thus building an organisation of excellence.
