Harsh Aparanji, former global HR director of DXC Technology, has moved to the Landmark Group as CHRO, to head the HR for the Company in India.

An alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur, Aparanji shared his excitement on LinkedIn at having “interacted with several business leaders and the HR team on Day 1” at Landmark. He also observes with admiration that they are all ”full of passion to excel”.

After completing an MBA in HR, Aparanji joined Colgate Palmolive as plant HR manager (labour relations) and talent strategy manager. For seven years, he led all HR, labour relations and union-related activities across multiple manufacturing plants.

In 2005, he joined Honeywell as CHRO – Honeywell Automation India. Four years later, he was promoted to total rewards leader – Middle East, Africa. Two years into this role, he became global HR director (industrial automation business). By the time he moved on from Honeywell, after a long and successful tenure of 15 years, he had become the HR director – EMEA, performance materials and technology.

It was in 2020 that Aparanji joined DXC Technology as global HR director (manager enablement, performance & rewards).

Given his extensive international experience, and his expertise in the areas of strategic HRBP, leadership development, talent strategy, performance & total rewards and labour relations, Aparanji will be an asset to the Landmark Group.
