PeopleStrong, the enterprise HR technology company, has announced the appointment of Vineet Pandita, former SVP, engineering & product, OYO, as deputy chief technology officer (Dy. CTO). This move is part of PeopleStrong’s continuing efforts to invest in technology-driven innovations in the HR technology space to drive accelerated growth across Asia.

Backed by Multiples PE, PeopleStrong has hired several key members in its management team over the past two years. Sandeep Chaudhary, CEO, PeopleStrong, is confident that Pandita is the right choice to help further the Company’s goal of “building a world class technology that can manage the type of scale we know is coming.” He admits that organisations, globally, “have realised the true potential of HR and work technology in transforming employee experience and talent analytics” and that the ongoing pandemic “has fast tracked our growth within and outside of India, as we rapidly expand across South East Asia, Middle East and ANZ.”

Pandita brings to the table years of valuable experience working with consumer tech companies, such as OYO and MakeMyTrip. In his new role at PeopleStrong, he will help build a truly global product that can scale across multiple geographies

Commenting on his appointment, he said he was gearing to “tackle the challenge of bringing SaaS technology to help build employee-centric businesses.” He is looking forward to helping PeopleStrong “accelerate their international expansion and growth journey by writing the new code of work.”

Vishal Saha, CTO, PeopleStrong emphasised how the Company is “committed to enabling clients to build an empowered workforce,” and how with Pandita joining the team, the SaaS-based company “will double down on the product innovation, scale and help clients transform into a people centric workplace ready for the modern talent economy.”
