With extensive experience in HR strategy, cultural transformation, leadership, talent management, development, compensation, and HR analytics across various regions, Mitra previously led HR for India and Asia, overseeing key strategic HR initiatives. He played a crucial role in developing a managerial pipeline in the delivery sector.

Mitra started his career with Mahindra Rise in 2007 as a graduate engineering trainee, quickly advancing to lead the engine design team. Over the course of seven years, he took on various HR roles, culminating in the position of manager – HR and Mahindra Technical Academy.

In 2014, he joined Eaton as a global HR manager, overseeing technical capability building for over 10,000 engineers globally. After a stint at Cummins, he took a brief sabbatical before joining AppDirect as the director of human resources.

Singh, the recently appointed SVP at KPIT, boasts more than 23 years of HR experience in diverse sectors. Prior to joining KPIT in 2017, Singh held pivotal HR roles at Alkem Laboratories.

Starting his career as a probationary officer at the State Bank of India, Singh later transitioned to the government of India through civil services in 2001.

During his seven-year tenure in government, he pursued a postgraduate degree from the National University of Singapore. After leaving government service, Rajesh earned his masters in business administration from IIM Calcutta.
