    mCaffeine ropes in Neetha Thomas as head – people function

    Neetha Thomas is head – people function, mCaffeine. Before joining the Indian caffeinated personal care brand, Thomas was vice president – human capital & administration, LogiNext.

    An alumna of the University of Mumbai, Thomas began her career as an HR consultant, with Mannai Corporation, Qatar. A year later, she joined Weatherford as senior HR coordinator. Less than five years into this role, she was elevated to assistant manager – HR. She worked closely with the CEO and CHRO to lead and manage the HR department. Amongst other things, she developed the annual HR plans, budgets and performance targets and ensured their successful implementation.

    From 2011 to 2013, she worked as an employee-development specialist with the Qatar Foundation. In this role, she managed the Qatar Career Fairs for two years. The event was attended by more than 30,000 students and over 50 companies.

    Her next stop was Qatar Museums Authority, where she essayed the role of organisational development manager for over three years.

    The year 2016 saw her working for Clover Qatar as regional human resource director. In this assignment, she helped the organisation achieve 100 per cent perfect audit review, ensuring complete compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, as well as company policy.

    In 2018, Thomas moved to India, to join Unlimit as head – HR. Based out of Mumbai, she established the Company’s 1st global human resources strategy that aligned fully with the enterprise business plan.

    She moved to LogiNext in 2020, where she completed a short and successful stint of almost two and a half years.

    Known to be a focused, reliable, and goal-oriented HR professional, one of Thomas’ biggest strengths is her ability to handle interpersonal relations.
