    Priscilla Koranteng is the new CPO, Indeed

    Indeed, the worldwide employment website for job listings, has roped in Priscilla Koranteng as its chief people officer. In her new role, she will be part of the global hiring platform’s senior leadership team and will report to Chris Hyams, CEO, Indeed.

    Before joining Indeed, Koranteng was the vice president – global human resources, talent management and chief equity diversity officer, Kellogg Company, for a little less than three years.

    A certified conflicts resolution professional and a professional coach, Koranteng is an alumna of the London School of Economics and Political Science.

    She began her journey in the HR domain with a two-year stint as director of HR with Health Care Company, in 2002, before going on to join The Home Depot as human resources manager for a short year-long stint.

    Her next stop was JP Morgan Chase, where she served as AVP – human resources business partner, for three years. In 2008, she moved to Booz Allen Hamilton as senior HR business partner. Three years later, she found herself at T. Rowe Price, as VP- global HR leader – senior business partner. Her tenure lasted well over three and a half years.

    For the next five years, from 2014 to 2019, she worked with CSC as global human resources executive- head of functional, regional and industries HR and transformation.

    By 2017, she moved to DXC Technology taking on the role of global head of HR, talent management, performance and chief diversity officer.

    Her stint with Kellogg began in August 2019, where she lead Kellogg’s global talent management, learning and development, talent acquisition, HR analytics, as well as diversity and inclusion agenda.

    At Indeed, Koranteng will lead the people functions including HR, recruiting, and real estate teams.
