    Sanjay Rastogi is VP-HR & admin, Visaka Industries

    Rastogi moves from Olectra Greentech where he was associate vice president-HR

    After serving as vice president-HR at Olectra Greentech for well over four and a half years, Sanjay Rastogi has joined Visaka Industries as vice president-human resources and administration.

    Armed with a Master of Public Adminstration (MPA) in Human Resources Management, from Lucknow University, Sanjay Rastogi began his career with Sahara India Pariwar, as assistant manager-HR, in 1996. He spent over 11 years with Sahara heading the IR and legal cell at the command office, in Lucknow.
    February of 2008 saw him joining Maytas Infra as assistant manager-HR & admin. Seven months later, he switched to G4S Security Services, as senior manager-HR & IR.

    In 2011, he switched to Megha Engineering & Infrastructure as associate general manager-HR & admin (regional head). After a stint of over four years, he moved to CMS Info Systems. He played regional manager-HR & IR, working out of Delhi. He handled the HR life cycle of 2200+ employees, including statutory compliance, industrial relations, and service matters at courts.

    From 2017 to 2021, he served as general manager-HR & admin at Turbo Megha Airways (Trujet Airlines).

    Rastogi’s next stop was Olectra Greentech where he served as associate vice president-HR (CHRO).

    Now, in his latest assignment at Visaka Industries, manufacturer of building materials, textile yarn and renewable energy products, he will head the organisation’s HR and administrative functions, with a focus on HR strategy, workforce management, and organisational development.
