Jain started her career with Impetus Technologies, a software company, where she joined as a summer intern in the year 2008, for four months. Then she moved to Virgin Mobile as a trainee for a year.

In 2010, she joined Vodafone as its area sales manager, followed by a short stint at Unilever as a PepsiCo Extern in its JV with PepsiCo, in the year 2017, for three months. This gave her enhanced exposure and learning opportunities.

Jain’s key strengths encompass cultural transformation, talent strategy, organisational design, strategic human resources leadership, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, as well as social influence.

On the academic front, Jain holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (computer science) , from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, and an MBA degree in human resources from ICFAI Business School.
