Nandal has moved in from Damco, where she was head, HR-South Asia, and also part of the Maersk Group’s global HR leadership team.
Chennai-based Sulekha.com has appointed Vasudha Nandal as vice president, human resources.
Nandal, an engineer from BITS Pilani, and a management graduate from XLRI, comes with an experience of 15 years in a multiplicity of HR leadership, management and strategic HR consulting roles, with global companies across India and South Asia.
As the head, HR-South Asia at Damco, she was part of the Maersk Group’s global HR leadership team. Later on, she also spearheaded a large-scale global organisational transformation project.
In her previous roles, she has worked as an independent management consultant as well as a project manager with Cerebrus Consultants, leading strategic HR consulting & M&A assignments across MNCs/Indian companies.
Sulekha.com aims to meet the needs of their growing workforce and expanding customer demand for its platform. This appointment, it is hoped, will further develop the talent base of the organisation.
